CNC milling
We are able to produce milled parts up to a size of 500 x 500 x 500 mm and a weight of 20 kg. We commonly process aluminium alloys, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys (copper, brass, bronze) and plastics.
Three-axis machines with rotary pallet table and quick tool change for highly efficient work.
Five-axis machines allow the production of shape-intensive parts in one clamping with high precision.

CNC turning
We are able to produce turned parts up to a diameter of 250 mm, a length of 400 mm and a weight of 15 kg.
We commonly process aluminium alloys, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys (copper, brass, bronze) and plastics, and are getting ready to machine titanium.
Modern CNC centres equipped with powered tools achieve high productivity even for shape-demanding parts.

- An ultrasonic washing line to ensure the required cleanliness of the parts is an integral part of the production processes.
- Marking of parts on customers' request is done by laser (batches, logos, QR or data matrix codes).
