We have a wide portfolio of services in the field of non-ferrous metals – silver plating, copper plating, tin plating, nickel plating, chemical nickel plating, anodizing.

We use the latest technology and the highest-quality chemicals.

We are one of the few plants in the Czech Republic that carry out silver plating of aluminium alloys and Invar.

The inspection laboratory is equipped with X-ray (X-RAY), optical and electronic measuring instruments, allowing us to prove the required quality to our customers.

The quality of the surface protection is tested according to ISO 9001 and AS9100 in our own laboratory

In our laboratory, we perform the following control methods:

  • Layer thickness measurement using an XRF instrument (Fischerscope X-RAY XDL-B) - ISO 3497 - for single and multiple layers
  • Measurement of layer thickness using the magnetic-inductive and eddy-current methods
  • Temperature tests of applied layers - thermal shock test according to ISO 2819, thermal ageing test
  • Bending test - as per ISO 2819
  • File test - as per ISO 2819
  • Burnishing test - as per ISO 2819
  • Peel test - as per ISO 2819
  • Determination of film thickness - as per ISO 2808
  • Cross-cut test - as per ISO 2409

The offered surface treatment services, from electroplating to wet painting, are carried out in our galvanizing plant in Uherské Hradiště. Our customers are not limited to the Zlín Region; they come from all over the Czech Republic and abroad.

You can find us in the MESIT premises on Sokolovská St. in Mařatice. In this facility, we provide comprehensive engineering services – from casting through CNC machining to high-quality surface protection.
