We have developed a unique controlled-solidification technology to improve the quality of castings:
- We immerse the castings in a special bath with carefully defined parameters and for a precise period of time.
- This results in better mechanical properties of the product – a finer structure with reduced porosity and no deformation.

We have equipment for heat treatment of aluminium castings and their final machining.
Our services are comprehensive. Aluminium castings produced in our company can be heat-treated in our furnaces, machined in our machine shop and ultimately provided with surface protection in our galvanizing plant at the customer's request. The heat treatment process complies with AMS 2771.
At the customer's request, we are able to supply pressure and gravity die Al castings.
